Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on WoodDesignForge infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice. To be valid and actionable, your notice must include the following elements:
- Authorization: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list
- Location of Infringing Material: Specific identification of the material you claim is infringing, including sufficient information for us to locate it (such as URLs or page descriptions)
- Contact Information: Your contact details, including:
- Full name and address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that:
- The information in your notice is accurate
- You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Important: Submitting a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Please ensure all information is accurate and that you have a legitimate copyright claim before filing.

Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notification. This should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district
Repeat Infringer Policy
WoodDesignForge maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with DMCA requirements.
